Our Delivery terms & Refund policy

Pick up 

If you can make it to Fitzroy, you are more than welcome to come and pick up your items. Please message or call 0403535855 when you are here and we'll bring your products down to you.

Drop off

We can drop off your items if you're 5km or so from Fitzroy, Victoria. Hit the chat button or send us an email if you're out side the 5km mark and I'm sure we can arrange something. Drop off is generally after 6PM for same day, or AM next day.

Delivery regions

Our free delivery offer applies to Australian standard domestic postage for orders over $50. Our free delivery offer is for standard shipping only. Delivery times may vary, but generally will be between 5 and 10 days depending on your location.

We maintain the right to revoke this offer at our discretion at any time.

Incorrect address

If a package can't be delivered due to an error entering your shipping address, we are not responsible for any additional fees that may incur in order to reroute or reship the package.

If you do not pick up your package and it is returned to us, we will not refund the charge for original shipping. Should we be mistakenly invoiced directly for any mail redirection we will email an invoice for the balance due. This will need to paid immediately.

We will do our best to keep you up to date on your delivery progress, and any issues as soon as we are made aware of them.

Customs

You will have to pay taxes and duties in your own country that the government may impose. This is extra and we have no control over it. By purchasing from us you acknowledge that you are aware of this and accept it as your financial responsibility.

Should we be mistakenly invoiced directly for any duties or fees from the shipping company after delivery, we will email an invoice for the balance due. This will need to paid immediately.

Refunds & Replacements

We have a flexible return and replacement policy, if it doesn't fit or breaks we are more than happy to replace - after all, dogs come in all sizes and shapes. We do our best to provide the best sizing charts for you - but life and treats happen.

If you prefer a refund we will be happy to chat to you about it - generally we will ask for the product to be returned to us. We are a small business and every item is quality inspected before we send it to you.
